Kuliah Hub – Event & Class Booking Module: Live Demo & Rollout Planning

Alhamdulillah, the new Kuliah Hub Event & Class Booking Module is now live.

This internal session is for the Kuliah Hub Admin Team to review and experience the new feature before we introduce it to our Kuliah Hub members.

During the meeting, we will:

• Introduce the new Event & Class module

• Demonstrate how to create an Event or Class

• Demonstrate recurring schedules and Booking Slots

• Show availability and calendar booking

• Test the customer booking and confirmation process

• Review booking confirmation and voucher

• Create a sample Event/Class together

• Discuss how we should train Kuliah Hub members to use the feature

• Collect feedback and improvement suggestions

• Decide the date and plan for the Kuliah Hub Members Webinar / Training

The objective is to make sure our Admin Team understands the complete workflow and is ready for the next stage of rollout to our members.

• Customer booking journey demonstration

• Confirmation and voucher demonstration

• Hands-on creation of a sample listing

• Admin team feedback and suggestions

• Discussion of member training/webinar

This is an internal Kuliah Hub Admin Team session.

Please join on time and, if possible, use a laptop so that you can follow the live demonstration.

Team members are encouraged to test the feature during the session and share feedback, suggestions and any issues identified.

At the end of the meeting, we aim to finalize the next step for introducing and training Kuliah Hub members on the Event & Class Booking Module.
